3-day training program to improve your "timing and balance"
We welcome you to this 3-day training program put together in order for you to improve your timing and balance in your skiing. The program is designed to give you better fluidity in your movements and a more efficient drive in your skiing. The program is based on three hours of theory and three hours of on slope training. We have chosen to give the program three days to allow you plenty of time to rehearse drills and technique. Repetition is important when learning new movements.
This training program is designed for someone who has experience and knowledge equivalent to level 2 and 3 (i.e. you ski in the blue and red runs with good speed control and and can adjust your turns according to snow conditions and slope gradient). If you are unsure of your level range you can use our simple Level Selector HERE... Alternatively you can read the first page for each level to determine which level best fits your skiing ability at the moment.
We are confident that if you take the time to implement the following programs you will evolve and get much more out of your skiing. The program is based on instruction, instructional videos and practical exercises. Taking time to watchand understand the movies we refer to in the text below will provide you the best results.
